ABOUT me

   My name is Alex Slevin, I’m 27 years old and I live and work in Reading, UK. I started doing production design and concept art for short films back in 2005 (yeah, gore, zombies and that stuff!!). In 2007, while I was studiying audiovisuals, a group of friends and me created fOg·Films for indie film production.
   In 2008 I writed, directed and edited my 1st feature film "BROKEN NOTES", based on cult videogame Silent Hill 2. Since then I've benn working on many indie film projects as concept artist, production designer, art director and matte painter.

   At this point I'm working on my 3rd feature film "from THE LOST DAYS", based on the 1st and 3rd installements of the Silent Hill franchise. 

   I do hand-drawing for anatomy, organics and fast concepts, oil painting for color, and clay modeling when necessary. I work digitally with Autodesk Maya 2013 & ZBrush for modeling, texturing, lighting and sculpting, Sketchup Pro 8 for perspective, mechanics and architecture, Photoshop CS6 for color and Premiere Pro CS6 for video editing.
